uberwald 28a2f6b105 fix: rebalance Nuisible trigger/obscurity column widths for textarea readability ...

- Trigger grid: 60px 1fr 1fr 32px -> 50px 150px 1fr 32px
  (fixed type column, expand effect column for textareas)
- Obscurity grid: 80px 1fr 32px -> 70px 1fr 32px
- align-items: start instead of center (textareas push from top)
- Textarea: min-height 80px, font-size 0.9em, line-height 1.4
- Remove duplicate .trigger-textarea from obscurity section
- Add margin-top to inputs/selects for vertical alignment with textareas
