Refonte du journal d'expérience

Reprise du journal d'expérience pour:
- afficher ancienne/nouvelle valeur
- la valeur du changement
- si c'est manuel / automatique
- identifier les dépenses de stress
- identifier les augmentations de compétences
- les changements des compteurs
