- NPC with all ring on strengths/weaknesses (CSS TODO).
- Removed Custom tech "Links" as they are in fact "Bonds" and need more work.

-removed "foundry-pc-types" as it was absolutely obsolete
-fixed some roll errors (_rolled -> _evaluated)
