When a Perk is activated it does not display the 'When Activated display text' into the chat channel

Also when deactivated it does not display the 'When deactivated display text' field into the chat channel

As you can see from the test image I gave provided below it displays text when activated and deactivated but nit the text entered into the
'When activated display text' & 'When deactivated display text' Fields on the Perk Item.
