Effects Spent PPP

Spent PPP Only adjusted by Powers, Players cannot adjust this value.

How it works:
Spent PPP = total of all the 'PPP Used to Purchase' Fields of all attached Power Items

Whenever a player adjusts the field it auto calculates the new values and updates Spent PPP accordingly.
