Add a Modifiers Drop Down Menu with the following fixed modifiers:

Targets Combat Arcs:
Combat Arc Flank (Grey) D4 - Add a D4 to Dice Pool when added.
Combat Arc Blind SPot (Red) D6 - Add a D6 to Dice Pool when added.

Cover - DEF BD:
Slight Cover D4 - Add a D4 to Dice Pool when added.
Half Cover D8 - Add a D8 to Dice Pool when added.
Full Cover D12 - Add a D12 to Dice Pool when added.

Cover - DMG RES BD:
Soft Cover D4 - Add a D4 to Dice Pool when added.
Dense Cover D6 - Add a D6 to Dice Pool when added.
Light Cover D8 - Add a D8 to Dice Pool when added.
Thick Cover D10 - Add a D10 to Dice Pool when added.
Solid Cover D12 - Add a D12 to Dice Pool when added.

Outnumbered:
Outnumbered 1 Extra Ally D4 - Add a D4 to Dice Pool when added.
Outnumbered 2 Extra Allies D6 - Add a D6 to Dice Pool when added.
