Display the message "Would you like to Choose a second Vice for 10 CDP or another Virtue?" - Options = 'No', '+5 CDP' or 'Virtue'
Automation for selecting each of the options:
- No
-- Nothing, goto next step
- +5 CDP
-- +5 to the Character Development Points Total field in teh Biography Tab
-- Display a list of vices as above
-- once chosen goto next step
- Virtue
-- Character gets to select another virtue as above
-- Display a list of vices as above
-- once chosen goto next step
