Subject: [PATCH] Homogenize header: VIGUEUR threshold as subtitle like AME

Move vigueur value from standalone big number to inline subtitle (X)
in the card title, matching AME's (Seuil X) pattern.
Remove stat-big-value block from VIGUEUR card.
