This would simplify adding advantages/limitations to an added characteristic. This could be different than just buying a characteristic straight out. For example, buying some PRE just to do intimidate style Presence Attacks.

Related: A check box if it is added to the primary or as a secondary value. Continuing the example, the added PRE is just for a secondary value. For example, a character with PRE 10 (primary) and PRE 20 (secondary) would be displayed as 10/20.
