Nettoyage feuilles acteurs

- template partial pour les compétences
- séparation des options/calculs/données
- extraction de méthodes pour les calculs (total xp, total carac, ...)

- déplacement de code de RdDUtility vers RdDItemCompetence / RdDCarac
